Significant Place

The gentle breeze, running through my veins
Oh how I’m in love with these early morning days,
I feel my toes sinking into the fluffy sand,
It warms my heart greater than any man,
I looked ahead to see the glistening blue water,
It’s calling my name to ponder,
I run towards the paradise before me,
I take a long dive without any warning,
The sudden chillness sparks my skin,
There’s nothing more than a morning swim.

My hair is floating underneath, the line where two worlds meet,
I spin and flip, soaking up all the morning glim,
My love for this new world is deep,
The big blue is waiting for me,
My skin is dripping wet crystals, I feel my body redempt,
I set for the sun, knowingly to attempt,
The great morning swim.
