Silver Like the Stars

I keep it on my wrist.
I don’t like taking it off.
It is smooth, round and shiny.
Cold, almost like glass.
It is circular, as if it was a large ring.
When I came to own it I was so happy,
All I could do was smile.
I have owned it for three years.
My grandma gave it to me.
It looks like the colour of the stars.
It is my silver bangle.
