Silver Necklace

Okay from here, I'll be honest-
I actually couldn't think of anything to write about
That were as nearly as precious as the others.
Still when you see me, have a look on my neck-
There's an 'object' hanging around
That I'm supposed to write a poem about.
Well, you see - I don't really think of my object as precious.
Unlike Yovela's kernel and Stephanie's shells.
Those actually either look cute or have a story,
While mine- let's just leave it, shall we?
Unless I search my house in and out, up and down, left to right,
I probably can't find anything 'objective'- not that I have any.
Trust me- I looked nearly everywhere to find one,
But unless- wait don't worry, I still do not have any.
The necklace is actually something that I won as a prize-
Of a bet with my cousins to see who can annoy each other the most
I actually didn't win- they felt bad for me for losing
So now you know the story about my necklace,
You don't think that it's precious either, huh?
