The crunch of dry leaves, all over the terrain
Dozens of tall trees hovering around me
Sounds of rainbow lorikeets occasionally chirping
I feel the air nurturing me softly

The wind, the leaves
All in the surroundings
A swishing of the lakes
Creepy crawlies wondering

Swaying trees moving side to side
Oak, wood who knows what type
Hearing all the tiny sounds and movements gives me the shivers
Going down my spine part by part

Although the forest sounds basic to you
When you stand still and listen, everything will speak to you
So next time you enter whether dawn or dusk
Listen, to all the sounds of the forest
