Teddy Bear

My teddy bear’s fur is as rough as a rhino
And wears pyjamas as pink as the sunset on the beach.
He owns a humble pink hat as cute as can be.
During the night his fur puffs up
And Mr. Bear springs out of my bed with a big grin.
On your cute little face as the sun rises you lick your lips
As much as my dog licks me
You are as small and soft and I know you love me.
You have cute fake buttons with a cute little collar,
Little beads for eyes that glow towards me and help me love you.
You were a birthday present from my cousin Maddy,
I always think of you when I see her.
With a kiss before bed you help me sleep,
You mean the world to me,
You are my best friend.
You catch all my bad dreams,
You’re forever, long lasting.
Later on in life you will be my children’s teddy bear,
And they will love you just as much as I love you.
