The mountains of el capitan stretched further than i could comprehend. to this mountain, i was barely an insect, staring at the sheer size of these massive mountains, with melting snow falling as inumerable waterfalls. the snow-tipped mountains caught the light beautifully, adding to the unceasingly captivating view we all call The mountains of el capitan are being affected by global warming. up in the mountains, snow is melting faster and faster, occasionally flooding the valley we call Yosemite national park is also being affected by this warming air. fires are more common, because the plantlife keeps on growing without any suppresion, and the increased heat makes everything more likely to catch on fire in this overgrown valley known as Yosemite national park is famous for its waterfalls, where in the summer, all the snow melts and cascades down beautifully. but if all the snow is already melted, there are no waterfalls to watch coming down The mountains of el capitan is a very popular area for climbers and hikers. but when the snow melts all year round, there is constantly melted snow flowing down into Yosemite national park which makes scaling it quite difficult. these two places, el capitan, and yosemite national park, will both be too dangerous or boring to even visit. so please, save these beautiful landmarks. you may think 'el capitan' is just a mountain range, and you may not know how to pronounce 'yosemite'. but all you need to do is see these places once to know that they're more than worth saving.
