The Bracelet

The crystal on the bracelet shines in the dazzling sun
It feels like it came from someone else
It came from someone else who I know kept it safe and always will
The dark colour surrounds the crystals and helps it stay in place
It's like glue and sticks on me,
I would only take it off
to give to someone I care about
I stare at it and tell myself all the time
"It changed my life"
