Wind blowing through their manes

As they run, causing havoc everywhere you turn.

As beautiful as they seem, they are bad news.

Harmless? I think you need to rethink that,

Fierce at heart, running wild and free.

Dating back to 1804, that's over 218 years ago,

These wild animals still fighting locals,

Both sides of this war injured or worse.

What can we do to help them?

We need to take action before it's too late.

It doesn’t have to be lethal, but the opposite,

Reserves, National Parks, relocation centres,

It can be anything, but we must preserve these animals,

As we failed for some of our native ones.
