The Cat of all Cats

Sandy is a sinister cat.
Her claws are sharp as daggers and knives
She is the queen and the empress and has used some of her nine lives
She’s beautiful and full of grace
But be careful, she doesn’t scratch your face
Everyone would agree she is the cat of all cats.
She is chubby and fluffy and full of pure love
She is not rude nor impolite she just likes chasing the doves
I am her humble servant, who answers all her calls
And I just remembered her favourite food of course is meatballs
She is the highlight of my day, she makes me feel loved.
Her comfort is wonderful, she will listen for hours
Like a fluffy little pillow, who loves to lie on mum’s flowers
Never sit in her space on the lounge
Any food you drop on the floor, she will hunt out and scrounge
She is always ready to pounce on her victim.
But really all she is, is just a great big chicken, she makes out she’s tough and hisses at other cats
When all she really loves are lots and lots of pats
I love my cat Sandy, she is my best friend
And I know in my heart she will be there for me to the very end
