The Colossal Rough Tree

From a distance… I can make out a solid, lumpy, brown tree in the distance; it resembles a giraffe in size and is covered in spikes and fractures. The beautiful, delicate bird can be heard chirping in the wind.

Close up… the tree smells like the crisp, clean air, and I can see a huge tree towering above me with leaves falling everywhere.

Above me… I can see the lovely blue and grey sky above; the rich, vibrant green leaves covering the branches; the birds' nests high in the trees; and I hear the wind rustling through the leaves. The sun is shining down on me, making it feel as hot as the desert in the summer.

Below me… I can see the hard, strong ground beneath my feet, along with deep roots and wet, soggy leaves and twigs. I can also see large flocks of birds that are as long as a ship.
