A forest of wilderness,

Of life and refuge,

Where the animals forage for tucker,

And where the canopy stretches

High

To the sky.

This is where evergreen leaves and chirping birds

Call out to the world.

Though mother nature watches Congo's children roam,

The smoke, the ash,

Have destroyed.

Destroyed the only thing in animal possession.

Their home, their happiness, their freedom.

Never have we thought about the Congo,

Where the animals refuge

From the world...

WAITING, for the darkness covering them to be light.....

Again.

Remember,

Reflect,

On the Congo.
