I come to meet the creek where
I see the giant turtle rock sitting
silently staring waiting to feel my feet.

I hear the constant footsteps of the
water, the kookaburras laughing
madly yet the rosellas are chirping
happily.

It's soothing listening to the calm
ripples of the creek as I skim rocks
on it's cheek.

I have always loved the smell of damp
leaves and rocks but I also love watching
the barky boats going down the creek.

I hear the rushing rapid water and
the trees rustling their leaves it's
a really beautiful place the creek
you really must see.
