A single flame flickered

Across from the tree

The water spout gave a shout

But now the flames were free.

All charred the forest was

But now it was even worse

Spreading quickly, the fire flew

The trees, the water had to submerge!

The smoke rose up to the sky

And the wind blew the ashes

Then with a hefty bellow

The water spout dashes.

Around the trees

Between the leaves

And with that over

The water spout sighs, relieved

But we need to protect trees!
