The Forest calling

I hear birds singing

and animals rustling in the bushes

but deep inside the forest

there are secrets

hidden in something someone left behind

calling out to anyone who will listen

anyone who is willing to help

I listen more carefully

the voice turns to a calming song

a song full of joy

freedom

and nature

I start towards a nearby tree

I move up meticulously

further and further

until I'm at the top

the wind whistles past my face

I look around

I feel happy here

here, I feel free!
