The Forest Floor

In the forest, trees stand tall,
Their leaves rustle, a gentle call,
A home for creatures, big and small.
Sunlight filters through the trees,
An array of green, a peaceful ease.
Flowers bloom, with colours bright,
What a beautiful delight.
The forest floor, a haven for life.
An escape from the everyday limelight.
Birds chirp sweetly, a chorus clear,
Nature’s symphony, so dear.
In the forest, peace we find,
Away from the hustle and bustle of the mind.
A place to breathe and be free,
A wild sanctuary, carefree.
