The Forest's Song

In the heart of the forest,

A tapestry of green surrounds me.

Tall trees reach for skies, their branches high,

Where sunlight and shadows take part in a dance.

The rustle of leaves, a soft, soothing song,

As animals stir amongst the bushes.

Flowers bloom with bold vibrant colours,

Their fragrant scent, a beauty it holds.

Animals are unseen, yet we feel their presence,

We hear them whisper among us.

The forest, a sanctuary of peace,

Where quiet is found, and worries forgotten.

Through the wait for dawn and the hush of the night,

The forest's love endures.

A place of serenity, and tranquillity,

In nature's love, calmness is found.
