The Gang Gang Cockatoo

The Gang Gang Cockatoo is great,

From October to January it has a mate.

They are endangered from habitat loss and fires,

If you’re visiting south east Australia you’ll see these fliers.

Seeds and fruit are what they eat,

But nuts and berries are considered a treat.

Help save this beautiful bird,

Because in the future its creaky-door screech might not be heard.
