The Great Barrier Reef

The wavy coral is so silent
its almost calling my name.
The shiny fish are swarming in big groups
feeding on what is left on what is left for them.
The vibrant colours of the coral and fish together
is so good it almost doesn't look real.
The salty but fresh water hits my nose,
its quite invigorating.
The swishy fish are nibbling on the coral
silently but it is still hearable.
The cold but warm water is smooth
against my skin.
The current is very strong but weak against the great big fish
that swim across it every day.
The water is quite silent but I can still hear the swish of the fish
when they swim past.
I can see the coral slowly going dull...
And I hope it gets better by people stopping the polution
it is getting almost every day.
