The great bushwalk

As I walk through the bush
I feel the grass scratching my feet,
the wind rustling the leaves
The river dances to the beat of the wind.
Oh I just love bushwalks, don’t you?
The sweet sound of birds
singing in the sky;
Music to my ears.
Kangaroos jumping here and there,
bugs crawling along my feet
As I tremble to explore more.
The sky is blue the trees are green
it’s a great day for a bushwalk
As I walk along the track I feel
the sun shining on my sweaty back
A cool breeze gives relief
Oh I love bushwalks don’t you?
