Finally the hoildays arrive,

It's time to pack our gear and load up our tribe,

The car is always a buzz of excitement,

I watch Mum and Dad sigh as if to silenty vent,

My brothers spend the time on their phones,

I use this opportunity to play and explore,

My activity bag,

As we drive into the campground,

My brothers eyes are glued to their phone screens,

I silently stare at the flowers blooming,

I see my favourite daisies growing,

I smell the chlorine as I get out of the car,

We all unpack,

More of our group arrive,

It's fun!

There are game rooms and we love playing spotlight,

We remember with sadness the jumping pillow, no more.

From the pool to the games...

Creating endless memories.
