The Last Generation

Take a fresh breath of air
This may be the last before we meet despair
We are letting all our carbon loose
Soon we will be like a cooked goose
But it is not all doom and gloom
With your help we won’t end up in a tomb
We can recycle, we can reuse
It will all work if we don't disuse
Eating less meat, using more solar
Making less cars, saving the polar
We must be quick and we must be fast
Because of all the generations, we are the last
There isn’t much time, we must act soon
Or this may be our last day, we may never see the moon
The world is dying, animals are trying
But all we are doing to the world is frying
We can save it, it is not over yet
But if we don’t do it soon, death will be met.
