The Life of Me

As an azure bird glides to my arm
Tiny ants marching on my body
Jaguars climbing on me
Days pass, years and decades
The birds are laying eggs
With nests on my arm
Microscopic legs stomping on my body
I hear deafening roars
And infrasonic hums
Suddenly, I'm gone
Animals gather
For the loss of me
The forest pauses
And sadness is everywhere
