The Lost Teddy Bear

He sits there with one eye, staring
the other one lost in another world,
seeing a different sight.
Slam! Crack!
A house splits in two,
the Teddy bear hears everything.
He is cursed with sight and hearing
not able to help or cry out to save someone.
The Teddy Bear is a lost soul,
his thoughts wander through the fabric of time,
but nobody can find him,
nobody can save him.
Lost under a floorboard
forever.
