the lucky house

As pointy as a pyramid,
As bumpy as your teeth.
The house stands silent.
From many miles of travelling,
It’s a face with eyebrows raised.
Though it’s tall and thin it can stand on my bedroom shelf.
The house stands silent.
It was found in Holland,
A very long way away.
The value to us becomes more every single day.
The house stands silent.
It’s the last thing I have,
From the last holiday,
With my grandma and grandpa.
The house stands silent.
You can use it as a pencil holder,
As it’s chimney is tall and thin.
It’s cream and blue like the sky,
The body is the clouds and the windows are the sky.
The house stands silent.
