The Mothers Gift

Mother Nature looks down at out mystical earth

After giving this treasure the beauty of birth

Earths magical guiding light

When the future doesn’t seem so bright

Trees grow into imposing statues towering into the sky

Birds soar through them as they fly

Water streams down from the waterfall

Each small drop having its own soul

Tigers prowl through the sprawling African hinterland

While the lion plods along looking grand

Kangaroos bounce throughout the outback

While the dingoes scare others together with its pack

Polar bears walk around the freezing island of Antarctica

While penguins waddle through the snow-white tundra

Great white sharks become the terror of the sea

With their giant teeth, it’s easy to see

Nature is supernatural beast

Surrounding us whether it be north, south, west, or east

After many hard work spent toiling it to perfection

Leading us into true mesmerisation
