The mysterious tic toc

The hands are as slow as a movie
The band is as blue as bubble-gum
The face is really groovy
Tic toc goes my watch
Then it is 12oclock
Now I know the time
I think its cool
It works in a pool
Its strong like metal hitting a rock
But not as strong as a lava rock
Now that why my watch is cool
