The New Anthem

Pink, brown, yellow, white
Australia is quite a sight
As the rising sun watches over
The fauna comes out to play
Chirping birds with colours bright,
Sleeping through the endless night
As the night is dawning
The dingo howls its last calling
But behind the smiling faces
Are secrets in the darkest places
Think about before
When there was so much more
Corruption of the land we love
The first sighting of the dove
They come in peace, or so they say
and they're still here to this day
