The peaceful and green

It’s screaming in my ear

I can feel the pain

That is getting inflicted on me

I want to escape

Get out of this place

To where the birds sing

And the sun smiles.

Oh how if I escape this place

The world will be better

To a place so peaceful

That you can wander away

Even though I can't.

I can still imagine the place

I want to call home

With the green leaves

The soft grass

The shining blue sky

And the soft white clouds.

To the sweet sound of peace.
