I am dainty, blooming and opulent.

I am majestic, nectarous and quaint.

A white to pink, soft as silk, my petals.

A shiny, smooth deep-green robe wraps around my body.

Bright and bubbly my face illuminates,

With the sun gleaming down.

I dance and prance through the wind

As it passes by.

I meet new kinds and new friends.

Getting sorted to new groups, I see a few familiar faces.

We were a herd of elephants, all together.

Wrapped and shipped off.

Feeling so special, like the main character.

Our beauty was shown to the world.

None of us expected our captors to be so

Cruel and damaging.

Slowly wilting, suffering in pain.

We would never experience this again.

Growing older and closer to the loss of my life.

“Oh God, just take me out of this misery!”
