The Process

A small knot in the soil,

a bulb

time passes

roots grow

one baby leaf evolves,

learning

growing

like a small child

nursed in a nourishing soil,

thriving

soon a stem forms and buds emerge

bursting into flowers as bright as sunshine,

cherry reds

salmon pinks...

Petals fall, leaves wither, reversing the process.

Repeat.
