The Rainforest

As I walk in the rainforest

I hear the trees

whispering at me. 

As I walk in the rainforest

I feel calm

and peaceful.

The trees, with twisted bark 

and withered trunks, rustle their leaves

as I wave at them.

I ask the trees, 

"What is your wish?"

And they answer,

"Nothing, just your love."
