Cascading waterfalls, a gradient ombre of cobalt and azure,

The trickling stream whispers, then roars,

A kaleidoscope of green, sage and emerald,

A dewy bed of moss, perfectly assembled.

In summer, on the horizon, an amber glow,

In winter, frosty mountains, capped with snow,

In spring, the fluorescent flowers bloom,

In autumn, dwindling butterflies wash away all gloom.

Amongst colossal trees, towering through the misty sky,

The sapphire wings of a bowerbird flutter by,

A beam of light on a blade of grass,

An opalescent, iridescent mist wafts past.

The wind whistles, weaving through the slender trees,

Crisp leaves dance in the breeze,

The rippling water carves through the rocks,

Dew on eerie stalactites, drip and drop.

Vines engulf the monumental, evergreen trees,

Their roots coated in an alluring cherry blanket of leaves,

An onyx silhouette sits in the evening breeze,

All in this wondersome rainforest, so serene.
