Uluru
A place for me and you
Ember ’d glow of the red centre
As the morning sunrise enters

Uluru stands majestic
Its glow remains magnetic
There’s more to see that meets the eye
Besides its underground disguise

Majestic and red you stand
Indigenous people of this land
That sits hot and cold
With the old stories they told

The season of Burran
The hot dry air is calm
The violent storms
Are just the norm

The kangaroos start to fight
Wedge-tailed eagle takes to flight
As the Weetjellan starts to blossom
At night you hear the possums
