The Seasons

Starting off with Summer,

The warm days were here,

Splashing around in the sea,

The hot sand in between your toes,

The cool breeze on a hot day was delightful,

Blossoming flowers in the Autumn breeze,

Leaves changing from lime green to ruby red,

Waiting for Winter to come,

The goldish colour of the sun beaming off 

The crystal lake,

Winter has finally come,

The frozen lake & the soft snow,

The damp & grey clouds surround 

The Earth,

The frost on the snowy trees stuck in its place,

The soft blowing wind pushing on the trees, Spring!

The last of all seasons,

Dazzling flowers in the meadows 

around the country, soon to start again.
