What was once a utopian icy paradise

Brimming with prey

Where young frolicked

We were supported by our home

Generations upon generations

But then the heatwave came like a volcano on the brink of eruption

And now it is just an ocean full of icy rubble

Our young are paddling away

But never coming back

Our prey is going away

But never coming back

Our home is going away

But never coming back

Our species is disappearing

But never coming back

This is because of an unnatural heat wave

This heat wave is climate change

A myriad of species other than us will go extinct from climate change

We need to make a change

A vital change before it is too late.
