I see skiers and boarders flying down the mountain,

Going as fast as a flooding fountain.

Beautiful birds hunting for fallen chips,

They do this as each one skilfully skips.

I hear the courageous children laughing,

As they try a new thing that’s daring.

They ski slowly down the slope with smiles,

If they fall down, it's because the ice is fragile.

Crunch, crunch,

As my feet touch the ground after each step.

Mum comes and gives me a hot chocolate that sits in my mouth,

It is a chocolatey candle in my mouth.

That almost gave me an ouch!

I can taste the melting marshmallows dissolving in my mouth,

Everything in the snow is a thing so brightening.
