The Troublesome Kitten

The toy dog barked as if she were real and alive.
I was as shocked as my cat seeing a dog drinking its milk
My toy dog’s brown eyes twinkled
She stomped towards the fresh, flowing milk
She sipped it like a cat
Meow! Meow!
As quick as a lightning
As cheeky as a naughty child
A kitten dashed into the house
Big blue eyes
As large as a tiger
Meow! Meow!
Fierce as a lion
As quick as a flash
The kitten snatched the milk
In a shot second
The kitten
Cute as a button
Raced out of the house!
As soon as the kitten was gone
My toy dog sighed in relief
All back to normal again.
