The Western Ringtail Possum

A Western Ringtail Possum,

Glided gracefully to a Eucalypt tree,

As I watched it from my yard.

It felt nice to see

A living possum in my yard.

I heard the branches shake,

As the possum landed from tree to tree.

The possum neatened its fur

once it had landed on the tree.
