See these beautiful creatures,

They’re roaming round and all about.

However, this sweet scenery lasts but not a second,

Because an unprecedented force of greed beckons,

"How delightful, it’d be quite the shilling,"

And so they lift the murderous weapon that shoots a bullet so deafening.

Their numbers start falling,

These derelict creatures dying,

Some from the outback, while others from the sea.

Oh what a shame, can they not consider the reality?

But as the saying goes, our past does not define our future,

So from the dark history we've laid upon these magnificent animals,

Let’s build a safer and better world,

Though it may seem irrational,

Let’s give them something they’ve earned.

Their future is in our hands,

Perhaps it's time to make a new start

As this universe expands,

For their future is in our hands.
