This is a natural disaster

Smoke ruptured into the air.
Fire danced across the once lush, green trees
As if in a show. Ruby red sparks flew into the sky.
My eyes were uncovered and, as if they
Were disintegrating, they became scorched.
I could hardly breathe as dad scooped me up
And carried me to safety.
All i could do was watch from a distance as the
Blaze was extinguished.
This is a natural disaster
Water rushed down a sloped hill
Pouring into the depths below.
People climbed onto a rocking cream brown canoe as
They sailed to safety leaving the houses to slide into to
The murky river water.
Traffic jams leapt out at every corner of the city,
People wanting to escape out of the soggy surroundings
Wishing the sun would peek out of the earl grey
Clouds.
This is a natural disaster.
