Those who never let me down

They brought me up,
Amazingly they did,
Right from day one,
I was their kid

They would teach me,
How to fish and talk,
Swim and run,
Kick a footy and to walk

My first word was Dad,
Bragging rights for one,
Growing up with you,
Is so much fun

They have cared for me,
For the full 12 years of my life,
And not once,
Did they put me in strife

Thank you for everything,
Because without you what would I be,
And I just want to say,
You're so special to me
