Trees

Summer
In summer, the trees bleed out dry sap like blood
The trees burn up when it's too hot
The trees' leaves scrunch up and twindle through the strong wind.
And in summer, it's searing.
Winter
In winter, the trees freeze up and the leaves freeze up too
Everything is gone.
The only thing that is left on the tree is a letter
I reach up and reach for the letter and it says "I'll be here forever".
Spring
In spring, I see the trees grow new leaves.
I also see new birds moving into the new tree.
I say to stay, you can stay here for as long as you like
Autumn
In autumn, the trees feel good.
