Trees

Trees standing still.

Very tall,

Giant brown trees

With very green leaves.

Wherever there are trees,

It feels like me.

Birds nest

And also sleep.

Squirrels climb to feed.

River flowing beside the trees.

Birds chirping in the trees.

Leaves falling

Down to the ground.

Feels calming to me

When I’m near trees.

Crunchy dry leaves,

Branches waving

As the wind blows.

Thinking what their life is like.

The life of a tree.
