Tree's Dress

Tree stood in her dress
All of reds and browns
Spring fell away
And her dress tumbled down
The lady stood naked
Her arms up in shock
While the other trees cackled
And laughed in mock
Winter passed through
He did not care
Tree held up her head
Her body still bare
And there on the spot
Wind whipping around
She grew a new dress
The colours abound
