Uluru

A sacred monolith connected to the land,
With a long line of culture carved into the sand.
A long-standing structure still to today,
Iconic and proud, visited each day.
The home of our land and sky,
But the link lies down, all shy.
The place on which our country binds,
Through animals and plants of all kinds.
It shows the history of our area,
Astronomical drawings and all life in our barrier.
So, we must protect this sacred place,
With both our heart and our grace.
