Water's Cradle

In the stillness of the water, I dive,
Leaving the world, I come alive.
Liquid embrace, a gentle sigh,
Reality fades as I start to fly.
Beneath the surface, a realm so deep,
Where worries dissolve, and silence seeps.
Every stroke a dance, a glide,
In this aquatic world, I thrive.
Weightless, free, in a fluid dream,
Life’s chaos turns into a tranquil stream.
Ripples of peace, waves of calm,
In the water’s cradle, I find my charm.
Breath suspended, time stands still,
A sanctuary where my soul can fill.
With every kick, a surge, a lift,
In these moments, my spirits shift.
The pool, the sea, they call my name,
A sacred refuge, always the same.
Here, I'm whole; here, I'm free,
Swimming embraces my reality.
