We are corrupt

Humans are corrupt, corrupt you see

I’m trapped in a cage, I need to be free

These humans

Are planting my friends in concrete,

Trimming my family into hedges

It seems as if these people,

Are pushing us off ledges

Gas. Oil. Pollution.

When will it end?

It’s just way too much 

for me to comprehend. 

They say they’re planting more of us,

They say they’re doing it for the better

But here the humans are,

Driving around in their plant shredder

Humans are corrupt,

Corrupt you see
