Water runs across the lake; flowers dance and leaves shake.
Trees grow as I sing my song, everything is peaceful, but something is wrong.

Giant demons rise from beneath, they protract their claws and bare their teeth.
They rip the trees from where they stand and continue to tear away at the land.

Smoke puffs into the sky, they can breathe fire, I can barely fly.
Their sharp nails cage my friends, my cheeks are wet, I pray this ends.

One of the demons knocks into me, smoke burns my eyes, and I can’t see.
They step toward me, I’m about to die, but death doesn’t come, I don’t know why.

A hand stops its foot from crushing me, I feel strong, I’m powerful with fury.
This is my home, it shall not be destroyed; I am a small bird, but I can make a loud noise.

Fire burns within me, a blazing light. If we want to save our home, we must fight.
