The gentle giants of the ocean,

Every single one is unique,

Each has a different pattern,

The biggest fish in the world.

Krill swim by,

It opens its mouth,

Lots of tiny teeth,

An oval opening,

Swallowing them whole,

Swimming very slowly,

Gigantic sea creatures,

Huge but harmless,

Wonderous and majestic,

‘Stop hunting me,’

Chant the sharks,

As they migrate,

Killed by humans,

Forgetting the life,

Of the great whale shark.
