Whale Shark's Freedom

The reflection of the water shines like a cave filled with glowing crystals.
My spots are like stars in the night sky.
Flowing waves of water calm me.
I feel safe when my family and friends are around me.

The clear, endless abyss of crystal water covers the entire vicinity.
Sun rays are dancing over the golden sand, with my body casting a shadow over the land.
While I dance and twirl in the ocean breeze, I relax myself.

Wally wails for what he wants.
Wally watches whale sharks swim wherever.
When will he be able to do that?
When will he be free?

Immense boats emerge. Chasing all of us.
We're all running for our lives.
Large nets are thrown in, as I watch everyone get caught, I cry.

Whale sharks are whining to be set free.
I was scared as I watched my family and friends get taken away.
While I was free and feeling relieved, I was the only one left in the wide open sea.
I wish for ALL the whale sharks' FREEDOM.
